Q1How much do I earn?
30% of everything your referral pays Kept for their first 12 months. On Portfolio at £7.99 a month that is about £28.76 per landlord, and it accrues month by month rather than as a one-off. There is no cap on how many people you refer.
Q2Does it cost anything to join?
No. The referral programme is free, and it is separate from the paid trade partner tiers - you can be on one, the other, both or neither.
Q3What does the person I refer get?
Your code works as a discount code as well as a referral code: 50% off their first 3 months on any paid plan. Kept's first property is free forever regardless, so there is something in it for them either way.
Q4How long do I get credit for?
90 days from the click. If somebody follows your link today and signs up eleven weeks later, it is still your referral. If they type your code at checkout, it is yours regardless of when they last clicked.
Q5What if two affiliates both touched the same person?
First touch wins. Whoever's link brought them to Kept first keeps the referral - a later code cannot take it off you. That protects the people doing the work of building an audience.
Q6When and how am I paid?
In the first week of each month, for the month before, once your balance passes £25.00. Below that it rolls forward. We arrange payment details with you directly after approval and issue a self-billing statement, so you do not need to raise an invoice.
